What is the process of CTA's advisory help?
Advising consists of five phases:Phase I - Communications between you the Client and CTA, with the goal of identifying your needs, while we discuss the different possibilities for support. Phase II -CTA researches the technologies available to support your project requirements as identified by you, and together we select a set of probable solutions. Phase III - CTA works with you to determine the ideal solution that will meet and/or exceed your expectations. Phase IV - CTA works with various IT equipment and software vendors. CTA discusses with you appropriate changes that may be necessary. CTA prepares an implementation plan for you. Phase V - Implementation of the new solution. This phase also addresses other key areas including training, on-going support, maintenance, etc.
